THE DEPOSIT

Mr Larkin is apartment hunting and the landlord, Mr Navarro gave him a tour of the property. When they were going over the terms of the lease, Mr Larkin realizes he can't afford the deposit, but the landlord suggests an alternative that works out for both men.
